The Perfect Programme, 2020



‘The Perfect Programme’ is an experimental video exploring the Quantified Self’ movement, often described as ‘self-knowledge through numbers’. The video is a three-part advertisement campaign for people to join ‘The Perfect Programme’ community, which harnesses a corporate advertisement gloss to appeal to emotion rather than facts. ‘The Perfect Programme’ calls on people to turn their body into their enterprise through constant tracking and quantification in the pursuit of optimisation and ‘enlightenment’.
